Oh My Gosh! UPDATE

So brad called me today at work to tell me that he found our dog and he wants him! Of course I want a dog but I know it is a huge responsibility (financially and time-wise) and I don't know what to do. Brad is SO responsible (think Greg from Darma and Greg) and has been saying no to by Darma like pleas for years! Now he wants one and I am afraid! We have to call the breeder tonight if we want him! Eek!!

here he is...I just can't resist that face!

Meet Utah!

UPDATE: thanks girls. Utah was sold We have a deposit put in and are going to go and visit his brother Cole (if they decide not to use him as a show dog) and take a look at the litter that was just born last week. Hopefully we will find our perfect puppy! I am so sad, I really was so excited about this!

Cute! Lately I've been thinking I'd like a French Bulldog if I ever had a gun to my head and had to get a dog...but I don't think we can because of DH's allergies, so we'd have to get something foofy like a Coton. But bulls are cute in their ugly little way haha.

Omg, he is SO cute!!! DH is DYING for an english bulldog but we can't have pets in our apt now so that plan is on hold until we get out of the city.

I say GO FOR IT! He's too cute not to get him!

Wow what a face! DH wants a bulldog soooo badly but they are very high maintenance have alot of issues so we went with a different breed. I agree on the pet insurance suggestions.

I say 'Que Sera...whatever will be will be'...you were not meant for Utah but you were definitely meant for another doggy! I hate to be a jerk and contradict my actions because I love Jeter like crazy but in retrospect, I wish I would have saved a dog. And I know how much bulldogs are. Have you thought about going through a rescue? Although the puppy time is ther are sooooo many bullies out there who have been abandoned due to their owners not knowing the 'upkeep' of that breed.

we did think about rescue...we found one on LI that we loved but he isnt good with young kids and that isnt a good thing. I have never had a dog before so I really want to experience the puppy phase.

Im so sorry But there will be another doggie Dont worry about feeling unsure... DH and I got a dog and seriously like a day later I thought to myself 'Omg what did we get ourselves into' He was a puppy and soooooo much work and he wouldnt stop biting the cabinets while we were at work

I love him so much, Im so happy we got him. Dogs are a lot of work but Im sure you and Brad would make wonderful parents

Awwww sorry Utah was already sold. But there are tons of other puppies that are going to need homes and any puppy would be lucky to have you and Brad as mommy and daddy!
