DH and I forgot to eat our cake yesterday! And now I'm all upset... stupid, I know. It probably tastes nasty anyway!
I wonder if it's bad luck to eat it today and not yesterday?

aw, it prolly does taste nasty, but I understand. I think you should try it today, I don't think its bad luck! This way you can celebrate 2 days in a row!

if its wrapped up right, it should taste good. we wrapped our box in 2 layers of tin foil. when we took it out, it tasted pretty good

I would try it anyway -- you saved it this long anyway right I remember seeing a bunch of people post that their cakes were better than they thought they'd be since they were well wrapped before being frozen -- they gave them a day or two to thaw and were okay. Go for it!!
