I want to upgrade our room too...but I keep reading on trip advisor you get a better deal there. So torn on doing it before or taking our chances once we get there.

I would just do it now! Who knows what happens when you get there, depending on the person, sometimes you get a good deal sometimes you don't and then you're stuck!
