OK, Don't Laugh At me!!

I was at my moms today doing laundry and I was really bored waiting. So I strolled up to my old ( ) bedroom and omg, there was my wedding dress. So I opened the bag and looked at it and boy did it look lonely. So I tried it on!! OMG, do I miss my wedding day. My dress looked so pretty and and the best part, it was too big. I really did loose a lot of weight since the wedding!! So that was my exciting day!!

I wish mine wasn't boxed up (and that I could get into it by myself!)!!!!

so jealous of you right now....

1. i've gained sooo much weight since the wedding

2. i can't put my dress on by myself (believe me, i tried)

3. the dress is now in a box in my closet.....

Im jealous too! I saw my dress last night but it was all boxed up from getting preserved so I could only look in the little window of cellofane to see it

Thats such a cute idea!!
We can all get dressed up in our gowns. Rent a limo and drive a round NYC in our wedding gowns. Who wouldn't get a kick to see a bunch of brides hanging out the sunroof of a limo!!

i tried on my dress before mom sent it to be preserved. and we took pics.
i didnt want to take it off and missed our wedding too.

I confess - I haven't tried on the dress b/c I need help with it but I've put on my veil - LOL

I'm one of those bad brides that hasn't taken her dress yet to the cleaners...

can we give me a couple of months of advance notice for this one - i have to shed a few pounds to get back in it!!!

I tried on my veil last night :)

I was at my parents house, went in my old room, saw the veil and slip wrapped up in the bridal bag and said 'what the heck, I have PMS' and tried it on. Not the slip - cuz THAT would have been too obsessive ;)


would have probably tried on the dress too but its all sealed up.

I'm a bad bride too, I keep trying it on, but its almost 6 months after my wedding, I have to get that darn thing cleaned!! I actually want to get my train made into christening outfits for my future kids. I was thinking maybe I should do that now, instead of having it boxed.

I would love to do the same, but don't you want to wait until you have kids first to see if they're or and to see how BIG they are??

I havne't tried my dress on, but that's probably because it's in another country Actually my mom said it's STILL at the cleaners--for about 3 months now!!! If I had my veil here I would probably wear it ALL the time, DH would have me committed!!
