OKAY, help me plan...
Our 'help eat our cake' anniversary get together.
It's going to be a word-of-mouth get together.
So far, it's mostly friends, bridal party, and our moms coming over.
Our aunts might come over (they are the mother's of some of the bridesmaids)
we're going to order a replica of 1 layer of our cake, and order some extra cakes and pastries to share.
I was also thinking of getting a bouquet of roses, similar to the colors we had at the wedding
Any other thoughtful or fun ideas?
edited to add: we're going to put a lot of our 'shower' items out- our bedding, towels, and I just finished the china cabinet to display our china and crystal.
And, we'll have our Apostolic (Pope's) blessing back and framed by then, so that will be hanging up.
