OMG that is so GROSS YACK!!!
I saw that bug-eyed lady do that, but its not as extreme, you know the lady who can like PUSH her eyes out of their sockets without touching 'em (look ma, no hands!!)

if you look, his eyes look upside down (long eyelashes are on the bottom) and also the inside corners of his eyes are on the outside. its all wackadoo...looks super creepy!
