OMG this is so scary!

OMG I just went to pick up my car from being serviced and went to pay with my credit card and realized I couldn't find it. I must have put it in my jacket pocket when I got gas and it fell out. By the time I got home to call Bank of America, they had already e-mailed me that they put a hold on my card because they thought it was fraud. There was a whole bunch of charges in the last hour. This makes me so stressed but at the same time I am so happy with how Bank of America handled it. Their customer service has always been great but the way they dealt with this situation makes me feel like my money is really safe.

Girls be careful with your cards! People are desperate right now and I was really lucky.

Me too! I am so glad BOA caught on so quickly. How scary....

BOA rocks! They did the same thing with me. My card was all paid off but I started to use it again to holiday shopping to receive points and then pay it off well the first day I used it they put a hold on my account and i had to call up They were like were thought it was suspicious activity since it was paid off and you hadn't used it for awhile. He apologized like 1000 times. I told him i was so thankful. They are great like that. So happy that you were lucky!

You reminded me that my license and ins card are in a pocket of my purse that isn't really safe because I was at the doc's yesterday!!!! THANKS!

And I am sorry to hear about your card - my sister's bank acct got frauded by someone on ebay, it stinks!!!
