ACCEPTED!!! We're so excited. the house was $399 and we got them down to $360.
The house is 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, 2 small (but full) baths, small kitchen (we will work on this) and full basement that just needs sheetrock to be finished. Huge backyard and ciruclar driveway. All hard wood floors that were just re-done and sanded/polished. It is in MOVE IN condition.
The house is in Greenlawn. Is this a good price? We thought so... but i am so scared we could still 'do better' or that the market is going to go down more.... but i think this might be the time. I want to be crazy excited, but this is scary... and so much money... but i think we're doing the right thing... I HOPE!!!

That's exciting. I grew up next to Greenlawn in Northport. FM me if you want the scoop on anything over there (i.e. places to eat, schools, etc.). You're going to love the township of Huntington!

Thats a GREAT price!! Greenlawn is a great area... i grew up in commack and i was on the east northport border so i am familiar with the area...You really won't lose in that neighborhood... Elwood is a very good school district too! My friend works at John Glenn HS.... good luck to you!
