one was my first cousin...so yes...i would have still invited him...also he came through 3 months later...I think he thought that my aunt took care of him with their guilt...even though he is 29 years old...
the other was my second cousin...who is complete trash...I didn't expect them to come...but they did
as for the no shows...who didn't give gifts...one is addicted to drugs...so I should have known...but I don't think DH would not let me not invite him...

I didn't know people do this! Well Ihave read they do on LIW but never thought it would happen to me kind of things! I didn't invite to get a gift, but come on, an empty card??
If I had to do it over, no I would not have invited them I felt they had 'no respect' for us!

I would still invite these people to my wedding because I wanted them to be there celebrating with us. However it hurts my feelings to think that they didn't think our wedding was such a big deal that they didn't even give us a card with kind words!

If they were friends of mine, I'd still invite them because friends are friends, but I'd still be incredibly insulted. If it was my parent's friends, probably not.
