On your first anniversary

Will you eat your cake from your wedding?
(the top part that most people save for their anniversary)

That was our plan (loved my cake, and was so looking forward to eating it)

We had our cake top in my sister's freezer because she has a bigger one then we do. She calls me a couple of days ago to tell me that my niece, Kayla (age 5 going on 16) turned off their freezer last week and everything in it was spoiled including 'our cake'
Now, we have no cake, and our first anniversary is in 14 days.
Still trying to get over it.

Awwww, I'm sorry Sabrina!!!! That's really sweet of your brother and SIL to get you a new one!!!

To answer your question, we had our cake on our anniversary and it was still good!!

I'm so sorry! I think we'll be in the same boat - ours was left out overnight- totally forgot about it. Actually it might have been longer than a day- and we had cannoli cream too!

I'm so sorry! Go get yourselves a carvel cake - those just make me so happy.

We actually put the cake in the fridge while we were getting our bags ready to take out to Best Man car so he could drive us to airport while on the plane I realize I left the cake in the fridge. So by the time we got back from HM it was no good. No biggie Im not big on the tradition of the whole cake thing. I hope to be on a nice island somewhere for our anniversary sipping Pina Colada and not worry about a cake .

Aww that's right your Anniversary is coming up. You guys deserve it soooo much. Have you decided as of yet where you are going and what cruise line?
