IMO, pointint out how gorgeous his wife is, is irrelevant. A cheater is a cheater is a cheater. Regardless of how gorgeous the spouse is. You think it makes his wife feel any better that her husband (and the father of her young child!) cheated on her with a less attractive woman? Doubt it.

I just want to add that we're assuming that he cheated on his wife. For all we know they have an open relationship and she has no problem with him having sex with other woman.

That being said I think adultery is wrong and I think he put himself in a bad situation. I don't know enough about the case yet but it sounds like it's getting more difficult for him with these allegations.

I totally agree with Michele31. Its like you're in my head.
Just wanted to add that even if no physical evidence is there, it still doesn't mean she wasn't raped. Often there are no signs of trauma at all. Take it from me, I have examined rape survivors without a scratch on them. I'm not saying that I know what happened. I don't know if any of us will ever know for sure. I just think that its sad that so many people assume she's lying when it could just as easily be Kobe who's lying

IMO, I dont believe her, because she was not supposed to even be in his room in the first place and she found her way up there, and on the news tonight they said that witnesses heard her and I quote 'joking about his anatomy'. That is not something you joke about if you are raped. I believe that they got it on, than she figured she could make money off of it. Or maybe she felt guilty afterwards. He was wrong to cheat on his wife, but I think his wifes support is more of a direction from his lawyer to make him look good, than her real support for him. Honestly, if the whole world knew that you were cheated on, you wouldnt rip DH a new one? Things are not as rosy as they appear..JMO
