I actually just had one done last week. I went in for a regular bikini wax and she told me to take my thong off since it will be easier. She said she would do the whole thing, but I didn't want it to hurt. She did just about most of it, but towards the end I couldn't take it anymore. It was my first attempt and I didn't even go in thinking about getting that done.
