Beautiful tree, and beautiful baby. My hubbie and I actually chopped down our own tree on Sat. out in Suffolk. It was fun! Just too many damn trees to choose from.

Since Jim and I are still sorta starting off.. we still use the tree he and I bought together our first Xmas. Stupid i know. A little fake three foot tree.

We get a new ornament each year to symbolize the whole year and add it to the tree otherwise we have ordinary ornaments.. we hope one day to have lots of odd ball ornaments that have stories connected to each.

Its small so it's mobile. Our very first xmas was in a small hideaway not to far north. We packed up the tree, our gifts and a bottle of wine and ran away for some 'us' time. Can you imagine? Us dragging a tree into the hotel!!? LOL Stayed like 2 days so the cleaning people had to come in.. and left the little tree alone. I'll remember it always.

Lisa- it looks great! What a fun idea to have a tree trimming party with your family. I am too anal to let anyone else decorate my tree- although I would love to have a tree untrimming party to have other people take the ornaments down. I dread that part!!
