I am in charge of my SIL baby shower's decoration. The shower is tomorrow and the theme is Tinkerbell. There is this huge Tinkerbell cutout in the display window at Party City in Commack. The guy won't let me borrow it for a day. I told him I'd return it after the shower. So I made him an offer to buy it and he told me to come back and talk to the manager. Should I go back, do you think it's a waste of my time?

I don't see why the manager won't 1) rent it to you for a day or 2) just sell it. It's worth a try. I know I would anyways.

Well, the employee told me that's for display only and it's not for sale. I just don't want to look like a retard if I go there.

I just called. They're not allowed sell or rent out their display items. That *****! Why would they display something they don't carry, can't sell, or rent?

I have a lot of Tinkerbell stuff but I still feel like it's not enough because the shower room is pretty big. I guess we'll find out tomorrow.
