If I have to change my name on my passport and renew it at the same time (it expired in June).. anyone know how long this will take?

When I got my passport it only took a few weeks to come.

It shouldn't take longer than 3 weeks...You can pay to expedite it and make it come faster

OK thank, I haven't changed my name yet and can't even think about it until after my flights for Thanksgiving, but my mom booked my plane tickets for June to France in Barbely, so I have to get everything changed before that. Just want to get an idea of how much time I have. I really didn't want to do this until summer. Oh well.
