Do I have to send my Marriage Certificate, I am kind of nervous sending it.
Yes you have to send an original but they send it back to you usually within a few days of sending you your new passport. It didn't take that long, and they even send it back in a large envelope so it's not folded or anything.
I think I am going to send it Fed Ex, just in case they say they did not recieve it.
I sent mine in Certified Return Receipt just in case and also sent them a coverletter indicating to send back the marriage cert along with my old cancelled passport. Haven't gotten in back yet...did rush processing and it was only sent out last Thurs.
