Yeah....I had problems with them as well. I ordered 20 extra thank you's and still have not recieved them. I called and re ordered them....two weeks later I called to see if they were in and nobody new about the original order. This happened 3 times. There customer service needs a face lift!!

the best way is to go in person and complain i'm about to do that soon! especially when there are lots of other people around!
No - everything has been great so far. I have been working closely with Vinnie directly.

nope, everything has been smooth sailing. I think their turnaround time is great!
