i'll give you the gist. (OK maybe the whole story)
i called today to find out if the thank yous were ready yet... its been awhile. They tell me they are at mineola already,
I go there today and get them from this girl.. and i ask her how long they've been sitting there since no one called. The slip says 6-19 (not sure if thats when i ordered or thats when they were ready). anyway... she tells me that someone would have called me. Is htat my right phone number, do i have a machine... yes, yes. 'well someone would have called you' Ok well they DIDN'T and i kept telling her no one called and i was pissed and she kept insisting that someone would have. I'm the only one who checks the machine and i would have noticed if they left a message like that. so i really don't appreciate her pretty much calling me a liar and not just admitting that someone f-ed up and 'what can we do for you?'.

so i'm going to let Doug know. you don't talk to customers like that!

and the thank you cards are UGLY!!!!!
we should have gotten the fancy collage ones (even though no one ever mentioned them to us).
but who really cares what the thank yous look like anyway. they're just going to get thrown out.

I hate my thank you picture! Both me and DH have oily faces and all my lipstick had come off! But you're right, just about everybody except the old folks will throw out the cards....

Her name is Nadira. I dealt with her often, she was nice until it was time to reorder...then she was all business. No more accomodations.
