who are you using at patken to create your album ?

i had a reprint of additional thank you pics printed and the quality on the prints iare horrendous - we are blurry in the picture, I just cant believe they actually mailed these to me thinking it would be acceptable. Meanwhile the original prints were perfect - I am even more frustrated bc it took them a month to print them and now i have nothing again. jsut trying to figure out if i should use someone else in the office.....

I've been using Teri. She is amazing. We got our thank yous three weeks after the wedding. We got our proofs two weeks and then called two days later with the thank you number, granted our wedding was in March, a far less busy time.

Did you tell them? They are great as far as rectifying anything you are uneasy or unhappy about
