So I am sure some of you have heard of this before (well maybe!) but I finally got around to trying this product and I am in LOVE!
PB2 is made from peanuts...in fact the ingredients are peanuts, salt and sugar The peanuts are slow roasted and pressed to remove fat so that the nutrition facts have 85% less fat than regular peanut butter! You put 2 TBS of the powder in one TBS of water and mix it...it is delicious!
For the 2 tbs the nutrition is 2 g fat, 3 g carbs, 6 g protein!
I LOVE it! Just thought I would share!

You can order it online I am sure...I bought it froma store in Ronkonkoma called 'The DIet Shop'----which had tons of awesome food...I got bagels that are delicious that only have 14 grams of carbs in them! They also have a website!

You won't be sorry...seriously, the people are so nice there...they are actually having a 10% off sale I thin either saturday or sunday...i found such yummy things..I made apple cinnamon muffns too that were low fat and low carb! SO delish1

Thank you SO much for the info & coupon. Even though I no longer live on LI - My cousin just found out w/in the span of 3 months both her daughters & her husband have Celiac's - so this info & coupon will be great for her! Thanks again!
