Pedi Bling?

Hey ladies,
I have a random question for a project I'm working on. Did anyone get any sort of crystal detailing done on the one or more their toes for the wedding? Just a hint of bling or even a monogram?

If so, can I ask what salon on LI offers that?

TIA!
