after 2 months of nothing wedding related...i just ordered my wedding thank yous yesterday and am hopping to get them out in a couple of weeks. I just wanna get it over with.

i am in the process of picking songs for the video so i can submit that form to duet

i have no desire to even start picking the pics for my album...its too overwhelming!

yeah that is why i have no desire to do the album - i wish i could just tell duet just to do it for me lol

I did the thank yous this weekend just so my guests don't think we're complete a$$holes. I'll be addressing them this weekend.

I could give two sh!ts about the rest of it... I'm wedding-ed out.

-at the 3 month mark the thank you's were out

-right before the 2 month mark songs for video were submitted, pics for parent albums and our album were submitted, and all enlargement pics were submitted

-just got back album proof and need to decide on what changes I want made

did the thank yous this weekend.

proofed our album layout last week.

and our video will be ready by next week.

I'm here to make you feel better...

we have been married since nov 6... 234 days... 7 months...

on wed i have an appt with the photog to go over the album. i have narrowed it down to 500 -800 pics so far. that laughter is not for joking... i'm actually serious... i just recognize that it's nuts!!

and at this time... i have narrowed my thank yous down to about 80. again.. i'm serious.

so we shall see how it goes on wed. but i hope no one is expecting any thank yous any time soon!! hahahaha!!

I'll make you feel better too - got married the weekend after Kerri (11/14) - DH and I haven't even STARTED picking our album pics yet. We (really 'I') got the ty's out by 3/14 and haven't done ANYTHING wedding related since then.

We still have to call about the video, still need baby pics from our parents, the parents still need to pick their albums, etc. I just haven't been motivated to do it.

We did our video right away because we knew duet takes a bit so we wanted to get that out

As for album...we got our proofs after say 8 weeks and 2 weeks later we had the ones picked out..with duet it takes 4-6 weeks for a album proof then another 8-12 weeks to actually get it so we did it. And still are waiting for our album

Thank yous went outin dec and enlargements we picked out when we sent in the pics for the album

oh i can make you all feel better. At the one year mark I had yet to even think of the album. I think I sent the pics to photog for album late May (over a year later).

Thankyous were out by 4 months and video was done last summer (but we had basic video and they picked the songs for us)

We have yet to pick any prints.

I've been married for over a year still haven't pics out pics for albums or portraits.. i have NO idea where to even begin on the albums.. i have started this project like 5 times and then stopped it...lol

I did my thank yous after 2 months.

It took me about 4 months to pic songs for the video..

Umm yeah we STILL have not ordered our enlargements!

Uhhhh we haven't even thought about our albums yet.

We had our TY cards out in month 5, but it took 3 months to get our proofs back and another month to choose a card, order and receive them. (We actually completed all of our thank you cards in one afternoon.)

We haven't even thought about enlargements either ... we want to wait because we are planning to move in the next year or so and will figure it out then!

Our very kind friend made our video for us and set it to music and everything ... it was great!

I have the thank you cards sitting on my desk for 3 weeks, I will finally be doing them this weekend & mailing them out.
I am proofing my album on-line this afternoon & will have that within 2 weeks

If it makes you feel any better, I'm 45 days out from the wedding and Jericho Terrace still has all my stuff. I'm only going to go get my pro pics today.
