Sorry to crash.
Our photog uses Pictage and put our e-pics on there. When we hadn't heard anything after 2 months we contacted him and he said they had been released almost a month and a half ago. He had to call and have Pictage send us the email.
that's odd, my photographer used pictage and everything came right away. I think it's a great website! I wonder if you go to the pictage website and type in your name if the event will come up???

I hope that doesn't happen to us too! How frustrating? What was the problem? they just never sent it?
My photographer used Pictage too. Our pictures went up after about a month, but there were only about 200 (we were supposed to get around 400). I contacted the photographer, and he said there must have been a problem with the rest of the pictures uploading. Another month later, there were suddenly another 200 pictures up - but a LOT of them are repeats (I don't know if this should be blamed on my photographer or Pictage). To this day, we still only have the 400, including all the repeats (i would say we actually only have about 300 pics). The thing is, I feel like I can't even be positive that all my pics are up on Pictage - how would I know if there were more that didn't upload correctly? There would really be no way for me to tell (guess I should contact the photographer again - but I'm not even sure he would be able to tell necessarily at this point). Anyway, long story short, I am not impressed with Pictage - definitely contact your photographer if you have any doubts about what's going on!
