Picture CD from photographer

we picked up our cds of our proofs a couple of weeks ago and my husband went to view them last night. the person who did the cd's put the sticker on the wrong side so the cd doesnt work. we were told to return it to them so they can see it (guess they dont believe us) and they will mail us a new one. how annoying we live 1/2 hour away now we have to drive back just to drop off the cd.

We live an hor away from our photgrapher & though our dvd of proofs was broken, but it worked the next day. It had gotten too hot or something. I know how you feel, we didn't' want to go all the way back just to do that.

its just that we paid 6k for the photographer and dont understand why he cant just send us a new cd. I'll drive there becuase knowing my luck it will either get lost in the mail or damaged.

just a question... did you also get actualy copies of your proofs as well... or are they all on CD...

both. we got original pictures and 2 cds. we had 900 photos. two photographers so they broke it out by photo journalist and traditional photographer.
