PISSED!!!!!

OMG I AM HEATED!

Ok y'all know about the mega witch in ym office-AKA my supervisor. She is horrific. Anyway she's been better the past few days cause I was sick but she takes TONS of personal calls so when i need somwthing cant necessarily get through to her. Anyway today I was trying for an important call.

She didnt pick up and I was getting reamed by the client so I went back there, waiting for her to get off the call. She's talking in spanish to her mother and I understand it PEREFCTLY which she knows!!!! But I geuss she didnt see me standing there because when she glanced at the phone and saw my caller ID on it, she said 'Let me call you back and see what this idiot wants.'

IDIOT!!!! HELLLLLL NO!!!!!!


So I just raised a brow and she looked all startled to see me. tried to play it off but I am HEATED. Had the nerve to call me a few min later and say its a crank call and I shouldknow that. I said 'well if you hadnt been on the phone talking about the idiots you work with, you'd have been able to guide me as my SUPERVISOR.'

DEAD silence on the other end.

I despise this woman.

What about HER supervisor, does he/she know that the witch is taking personal calls at the expense of actual clients ?
You could always play innocent... I'm not sure how to handle an irate client when I can't get thru to Ms. Witch because she is on another call. Happens a lot..........

LOl yea I might try that. The issue is she's been with the company 30 years. She's the office manager and the other folk are all over 60 so they leave everythignt o us. So its us who have to 'work it out.' Two bi atches fighting... Im gonna WIN!

I think i need to go to the gym on my lunchbrak-get out some of my aggression.

holy crap!! I have a boss like that, always complains about us to clients when he can't find stuff saying he can never get good help, and I'm right there in front of him!!!

Actually your post reminded me of a story - a friend of mine used to date an Ecuadorian guy. She's a fluent, but not native, Spanish speaker so many people don't know she speaks it. One night he brought her out to meet a bunch of his friends. When she got there, one of them said to him, in Spanish, 'you're right, she does have a hot a$$!' She answered him in Spanish and she said he almost crawled out of the bar!!

Anyway, hardly as bad as what happened to you but I figured you could use a laugh

K not to play devils advocate but you post on here a lot during the day so your job cant be all that horrible. BUT she sounds like a nut. I would look for another job asap.
Also be careful about posting on computers during work, some places are able to track where you have been and what you do on their time. I know this first hand. Good luck keep your head up. Karma is a b i t c h

True but then again my job IS typing. Its reception. So im on the comp all day and easy to keep 2 screens open. And the JOB isnt the issue. Its HER as I previously stated. when she's not here the job itself is child's play. SHE is the issue.

And the issue with her is not that she is always on the phone. Its thats she is on the phone and yet
B itches me out for havign to make decisios on my own because I cant reach her. well if you are going to INSIST I ask permission for everything before I do it, make yourself available. Otherwise, shut it down and don't complain. Thats where we lock horns. And i dont really care if they track me or not, though thanks for the warning. I dont intend to stay here past mid of next year and if they fire me, I get unemployment -waggles brows- and being as they are sooo cheap, they will try to avoid that at all costs. Head hancho likes me-she is the pain.

Girl I LOVE you -grins- kick my conscience away.

I do have an UPDATE though..to further illustrate how much this woman hates me for NO REASON.

In September was her bday. I know she loves haggen daaz but doesnt eat it much due to high sugar but at times she indulges. So to try and make peace, I bought her the single serving kind. She said thank you, and later ripped me a new hole 'pleasantly' of course as she does 24-7 because it was melted and she couldnt enjoy it and I shoud have known bettr.

Ok so now we're in Dec and I finally go in the freezer again and WHAT do I see at the back???? YEp That SAME carton and I KNOW ist the same because I wrote HAPPY B DAY (name) on the bottom of the little carton...

B iacth NEVER ATE IT!!!!!! Just made it up to rip me a new one!!!!
