Due to an unfortunate and unexpected circumstance in my family, my father has to sell his house to clear debts owed to the bank to prevent foreclosure on the home. If anyone is interested in purchasing a house in the Princeton, NJ area, please contact me ASAP. Please bear with me since I have never done listings for property.
