Hello, All I am asking for your prayers for two little girls and for their parents. Another military family close to us in San Antonio had conjoined twins a little less then a year ago. They have two other children as well. The girls have been on a ventilator since day 1. There parents are sweet hearts and recently made the decision to take the girls off their machines and they have since passed away. Yahoo news is now posting the story and I can't believe some of the comments towards these little angels as well as towards the parents! Our dream in life is to one day be parents and to luckily have that baby be healthy but sometimes that doesn't happen. I ask all of you to please keep them all in your prayers! Even the insane idoits who posted some horrible comments on yahoo.
I feel horrible for this family. No children, that young, should have to suffer.

I have no words for the digusting and repulsive things written on the yahoo boards. THe people should be ashamed of themselves and I pray that the parents and other family members do not see it.
My deepest sympathies to them. How awful! I pray that no other parents are ever put in that position.

I am ABSOUTLY horrified at the messages that are being posted on YAHOO. I believe in free speech but this is rediculous!! Where the hell is YAHOO to control this.
What has this world come to that people can make fun of a heartbreaking story like this????

I'm so sorry about this. I can't imagine their pain. I read some of the posts and it is simply shocking how cruel some people can be.

Thanks Ladies! I am disgusted by what yahoo is allowing as comments! Please feel free to share your thoughts and wishes on their journal site. I know Dawn and the rest of the family will really appreciate it. Those two little girls touched alot of hearts down here in their short life.
Dawn and her family had a balloon release outside the hospital and many other military families did it as well across the country. I was unable to do it since Dh is a pilot and was up in the air at 10am this morning and well balloon releases are not a good idea to do when the flight line is right over your home.
But here are some pictures of the one up at Randolph AFB.
Ps. Sorry if I'm sharing too much it just helps to get it out. Plus the weather is kinda ****** here right now and my husband isn't home yet because he can't land his plane.. argh

Laurie, That is so sad. I signed the guestbook. I think you should print out all the well wishes on here and give it to them. It makes me sick to read the messageboard on yahoo!! Some people have no heart!!! Please let them know we care!!!

MY BLOOD IS BOILING RIGHT NOW - I READ SOME OF THOSE MESSAGES AND I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT YAHOO HAS ALLOWED THEM TO REMAIN ON THERE! THE ANIMALS WHO POSTED THOSE MESSAGES SHOULD BE SHOT!!
