Hi Ladies...
Im having a small debate with DH...
How often does your husband go out at night with out you?? and how late will he stay out... is it usually on the weekends or the weeknights?

usually never. Once in a while we'll have tix to a hockey game during the week and since I'm forever tired, he'll go with a friend.
but he usually works late and doesn't get home most nights until 9ish.
If he wanted to go out without me on a weekend night, I would be fine with that. But that rarely if ever happens. I did kick him out of the house one Saturday night after the wedding so I could have a girls night in.

my dh works 7 days a week so we go out rarely on special occasions mostly

usually 3 nights a week.....
2 nights a week when he is rehersing for one of his shows and he is out until 11 or so
1 night a week for bowling which then he is out until about 11 or 11:30
Friday night is ALWAYS our Date night and Saturday night we usually stay home together.

about once every 2 months... he stays out as late as he wants... I don't mind. I think the latest was 4am.

DH goes to a lot of concerts at small venues that I am not usually interested in going to-- and these are once or twice a month- though there can be many in a time period. It actually really annoys me because it is something that I am sort of automatically excluded from and they are generally guy's nights.. and I wish Dh would put as much effort into researching things for us to do- or to make couple plans as he did into looking for concerts.
I will also say that there is not as much opportunity for girl's nights as there are for guy's nights..

Wow...I feel SO abnormal? We go out with each other ALL the time...at least 3-4 times a week (unless there's something that prevents us from fulfilling that quota!) We love going to dinner together, out to a pub for pints and darts, out to the wineries, to friends houses, Mets & Jets games, days & nights in Manhattan, etc.) He rarely goes out with his buddies; I see my girlfriends fairly often too.

Id say he goes out with friends or cowworkers one every other week or so. And when he does go out, it's usually a ridiculously late night. Like this past Friday he told me he was going out for happy hour and would be home by midnight (which is more then enough time for happy hour) but he stumbled in like a drunk monkey at 4am. I was beyond pis sed. Wu sued to go out together more before I was pregnant, but now it's not too much fun for me to watch everyone else get drunk.

Um, probably once in a blue.....tonight he is at an EMS dinner and I am enjoying sitting here with the puppy watching tv and playing on here.
When he used to work in Jersey City and get out at 4, he'd go out and I'd meet up with them. I was always the only girl, I SO wanted one of them to find a girlfriend.

in the 2 1/2 yrs we've lived together, he's gone out once without me. a co-worker of his invited him to a car show.
he hates not being with me, and I'm very ok with that!!

About twice a mont we go out seperately. He goes to the bar or pool hall with the guys and I go the the bar with the girls.

I have to say never, b/c I honestly don't remember the last time. Maybe it was when we lived in Boston, but honestly, who knows. The thing is, DH is a firefighter. He'll work anywhere between 24-48 hours at a time b/t his part time fire dept. and his full time fire dept. So he likes to be home and relax when he can. And all of our friends are firefighters and their wives/girlfriends, and have kids too, so they pretty much work the same schedule.
Plus, we have his kids every other weekend and sometimes more, so he would never go out when we had the kids.
When he's working though, I do like to go to my friends houses or out to a movie or something. If and when we do get a weekend night together, we go out together!

Wow, this is so funny. I picked over 4 times a week. I'm usually the one telling him that I want to stay in because I'm tired. My man is such a party animal
