YES! It was right before it poofed! She wrote a whole novel and that was part of it. She also called us Un-Catholic Which is true for me but not right for the Catholics on here

OK just a little fact check here before you get REAMED: $90K wedding is another poster not the OP, who negotiated her already discounted $780 fee down to $450 and is thrilled with the negotiation.
$90K poster didn't say 'un-catholic' rather, judgemental and obnoxious. And that we should pray for her and the OP. Get it straight.

If I were religious and grew up in a certain church, I wouldnt dream of being married anywhere else. I think its great that you were married there even though people didnt like it. Youre not 'un-Catholic' at all!

I agree with that. If I were religious, and that was my parish that I grew up with I would be thrilled to have my wedding ceremony there.

I actually was a little disappointed that I didn't have a priest at our ceremony to talk about me growing up wit hthe parish as my cousin did at her wedding. I thought it was a nice thing to have someoen watch you grow up and marry you :)
