OMG I never did but a friend of mine had one that she DIDNT pop and it got INFECTED, turned into a sebacious cyst [Marie orgasms] that sucker was NASSSSSTY and she had to have a surgeon lance it. GRRRRROSSSSSSSS.

I just had a huge @ss black head on my ear....the hole is still there from when I popped it about a week ago!! I was holding out hope that it'd refill and I could get a seconf turn at it, but its starting to scab over now!!

When I was with my sons father, he had what I thought was a blackhead, and when I popped it.......I ended up squeezing out something that looked like a pubic hair.It was by far the most grotesk thing ever. Long andcurly. Well......you get the idea.
