Re: Pork Roast Receipes?

I've made one a few times, I used my grandma's recipe which is really easy.

It's made on the stove in a large pot, I basically slice up a few onions(depending on how big the roast is, the roast will cook on a bed of onions), add some olive oil (just enough to coat the onions) throw the pork roast in and sprinkle salt and pepper on it....once it has browned all around you slowly add in hot water, maybe about a cup and a half at a time...you let the pork soak up the sauces, the onions will brown and will make a kind of gravy...I repeat the adding the water process for about an hour and a half...the more it cooks and absorbs the juices the more tender it will be.

At the end it shouldnt be swimming in water but the onions should look like they're in gravy. I also add salt as needed...taste the broth as you add the water. You can also add garlic powder or any other spices.
