post wedding bands
Hey guys.I never thought I would say this...but I kind of don't like my wedding band.
It makes me SO sad that I feel this way. We did the bands on SUCH A RUSH - like 2 weeks before the wedding. I love it alone, but with my e-ring..I just think it doesn't do it justice. It is channel cut, diamonds all the way around, and it just kind of looks dark and dingy all the time - even though I am nuts about cleaning it.My husband just went to our jeweler with a friend who is getting engaged and looking for a ring, and I told him to take it there and see if the diamonds can 'come out ' of the channel. So they are just there with no border.
Anybody know what I am envisioning? Can you post your wedding bands?

Re: post wedding bands
why not wear your band and engagement ring separately? Thats what I do. I love them apart, but they take away from each other together. And this way I have diamonds on both hands

Re: post wedding bands
Are you looking for something with an invisible setting? Like an eternity band? Post the pic of your wedding band. I'll see if I can find one that I'm talking about.

Re: post wedding bands
i would lisa, but I have another FAVORITE from my husband that I wear on my right hand that we bought on our trip to Turkey. He always called it my 'pre-engagement' ring, so it's sentimental as well. And even when I wear the band alone, it just looks ...dirty...or dark or something....

Re: post wedding bands
You'd have to talk to a jeweller, but I don't think they can do that with your existing band. Maybe you could melt the existing band into a plain band...that way you'd still have the sentimental value of it?Welcome New Vendors
