PWBS? I have been a little blue since my wedding.....I miss all the planning, the stress, lol, the fact that all my friends and family were in the same place for a day. I am not saying I am unhappy with DH, he is the best thing that has ever happened to me, but I can't deny I feel blue since I got back from the HM...mostly due to the reality that it's 'back to work' and 'life as usual'. I was looking forward to my wedding day for the last year...now that it's over I feel a little sad, but extremely grateful that I did have the most wonderful day of my life. I don't know, just wanted to reach out to everyone else and get some feedback.

I'm so glad you posted this. I completely feel this way! I thought maybe I was crazy lol. I felt like after all the planning I almost didn't get enough out of my day and I need to do it again!

Re: Post Wedding Blues Syndrome?
I felt so weird the day after the wedding when that quick sting of sadness and reality that it was all over set in. I thought there must be something wrong with me because DH and I had the most amazing year and a half of our lives, the perfect wedding day spent with everyone we love and there I was thinking, 'I'm so sad it's over' instead of just being happy it happened. Good to know others felt the same way. Now that classes are starting again and I'm super busy at work I barely have time to even remember think of the wedding and remember the planning but I do miss it all!!

Re: Post Wedding Blues Syndrome?
I definitely have PWBS!!! I'm so bummed out that it's all over. I want to wear that dress again so bad! And I miss having things to do i,e fittings, meetings, etc with my mom and my sister almost everyday! I just can't believe that all of thoses special days you look forward to forever: engagement, engagement party, bridal shower, bachelorette party, rehearsal dinner, wedding day and honeymoon are in the past now. It's a very weird feeling--I hope it doesn't last too long

I can definitely relate! I miss the planning sooo much! I just don't know what to do with myself Planning was 2 1/2 years of my life! I caught myself the other day in a store, I saw something and for a second I was like oooh for the wedding and then realized....Maybe I will quit my job and become a wedding planner!
LOL...I felt the same way...actually looking into wedding planning schools...I am not sad my wedding is over - but I really enjoyed putting together all the small & big details that now I am craving more of it!

I felt exactly the same way! I cried the next day and then it got better every day...I would say a good month but now its much better. I still wish I could relive the day bc it was so great so when I feel a little down I just pop in my wed video raw footage lol and relive the moment!!
