Who else out there still has wedding stuff to finish? It's been almost 5 months and I still have to: 1) get my gown clean & preserved 2) give the photographer our album picks 3) Send thank you's to my vendors & a few guests (most went out in late November) 4) Find a place for some of our gifts, esp. our china...We have no china cabinet yet so I was thinking of keeping the china stored in their boxes in a closet, but that would mean I would have to clean out a closet and they're all packed with s**t! 5) Change my name on most bills (I really just changed it on my SS card & license). 6) Finish buying remaining registry stuff that we need. Please make me feel better that I'm not the only procrastinator!

i still have to give videographer our growing up pictures...
sort our proofs for the album and then figure out where to do it
send out thank yous to our vendors(at this point not sure if thats gonna happen)
change my name

I just have to give our photographer our album pictures and the videographer our dating pictures. It is my goal for the week to finish this up by the weekend

Dang, I'm worse off than you and didn't even realize it!!!
1) Ditto 2) Ditto 3) We still have to choose our TY card design!!! Then send out to everyone! 4) I still have a TON of stuff at my mom's place that I never moved when I got married and moved in with DH!!!! 5) I still haven't changed my name on any official documents! In fact, I think I still have to change my address with some places!!! 6) I'm sure we need more stuff that's still on our registry, we're just not trying to spend money now!
And... 7) Choose songs for video and submit 8) Choose pics for parent albums 9) Make photobook with all of my wedding pics

-send TY's to vendors... but it's been a year now, so it's probably not worth it now. -buy some remaining things off the registry, but it's nothing major that we need, so i probably won't bother unless there is some crazy deal om some of my china pieces.

don't feel bad, I still have to do all that stuff too! And we're still trying to plan our honeymoon! If you can still call it that since we probably won't be taking it until this summer when we'll have been married for a year already!

i'm right there with you! - my TYs should FINALLY arrive by the end of this week so i can FINALLY mail them out to vendors/guests - my dress is still hanging at my parents house (although since that's 3000 miles away, i can't quite get it cleaned/preserved myself. . .) - i still have to figure out how to get half of my shower gifts/wedding gifts out to AZ and out of my parents NY basement - still need to pick proofs for our album it's so dang hard! maybe i'll try to revisit that task before orchestra tonight. . . .

You are not the only one. _I still have not changed my name yet. _I still need to pick out proofs for my album. _I still need to get my gown, veil and tiara preserved. _Send thank yous to vendors and two guests. All my other thank yous went out early December.

You are def. not alone. It took me 5mths to meet up with my photographer too...I just became so lazy after the wedding lol..
And a lot of my gifts are sitll packed away too..so dont feel too bad

I still have to preserve my dress and I am waiting for thank yous to come so i can get started. I finally sent my pics for my album last month. So dont' worry your not the only one who is taking thier time.

looking at your list, I'm a serious procrastinator!!!
1) still haven't had my gown cleaned and preserved 2) haven't picked album pictures 3) haven't picked a thank you pic yet!!! 4) I did manage to find all the registry gifts a home, but it's probably b/c we already lived together (otherwise I'm sure this wouldn't be done yet either! 5) Haven't changed my name on anything at all! 6) I bought some things off the registry after the shower, but haven't used the discount yet that they give you after the wedding

-Just ordered my TYs-yes that means NOT ONE has gone out yet (this is really bad on my part) -Havent done my video yet..Im just not ready -Dress is still in my bedroom waiting on me to get it cleaned, etc. -Still havent picked out proofs for album -Still havent done my enlargements-Im working on it tho

Ok, for as long as I've been married I never....
Finished my review Sent out vendor TYs Change my name on really minor things like my Hollywood Video card
It took me a year to clean and preserve my dress. I still have favors sitting around. Anyone want an ice cream scoop? We handed our pics in about 9 months after our wedding, still waiting on our album and my grandparents album. We haven't used our china yet. There's still stuff on our registries that we never bought. And I have to get our enlargement framed (we just got it a few weeks ago)

I love how not everyone finished their vendor thank yous......I thought I was the only one who just stopped with their last guest thank you....lol By the time that 200th thank you was written I couldn't think about all of my vendors.
They got plenty of thank yous with my money JK

I got fed-up with myself around thanksgiving.... I was tired of looking at all the photo piles in the livingroom. It was like the wedding was never going to end... but in a bad way . Since then, I assembled the albums (2 parent, our huge one, and one for my aunt and uncle), I sorted all the proofs and put them in a photo box, and bought a china cabinet for all the new stuff......
the only thing remaining is selecting pics for enlargements....
(other things, like dress preservation and TY's, I was very quick..... dress was done while on our HM, and TY's were out in mid august)
