My cousin Anastasia's husband Steven was just deployed today for Afghanistan for 7 months. They havent even been married a year yet (It will be a year May 2nd) & she is having such a hard time wondering if she will ever see him again. Please pray for his safety there & back home. Thank you.

DH's BIL just got back from his second tour in Afghanistan. He and SIL have two young children (4 and almost 2) and he's probably spent a total of 6 months with each of them growing up. Army wife is a really tough role to play (especially as a mom). I wish them all the best for a safe and easy tour!

We had a marine pen pal last year who surprised us and came to visit when he came home! He said the kids letters made such an impact...
