Prayers if you can

On Friday my grandmother had a large cancerous tumor removed from her jaw. She was in surgery for over 15 hours as they had to remove half her jawbone and then reconstruct using bone and tissue from her leg.

My mother just called from the hospital (her and my aunts have been taking turns staying over nights with her) and they had to bring her back to surgery. The flap of skin they used from her leg to reconstruct her face has completely lost blood flow.

We are very worried she won't be able to handle another long surgery. She is only 78 pounds. They said if it's something as simple as a blood clot that they can be done within 2 hours. But if it's more complex it can take until the morning.

Either way, if you girls can spare some of those LIW prayers it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks everyone, she's doing a little better today and actually ended up not needing the surgery last night. They had her all prepped and under anesthia when they realized the blood flow had returned. We're hopinh she will be out of ICU and in a regular room by the weekend.
