So we met with the photographer to order our albums for my daughters wedding. She is entitled to 2-8x10s and a 12x18. The photographer suggested having him frame them for us. We could order whatever molding we like and he mounts it on foam or something. But the prices are high (I think) Starting at $119 for the 8x10 and $250 for the larger one. Has anyone had theirs professionally done? or have you just bought your own frames and put the pictures in. Its' pretty expensive and we don't want to do it if it's not necessary. Thanks.

I had mine done,but for my 16x20. I also did not have the photographer do it. I waited for a sale at Michaels. It was 60% off and I got a 18x24 frame, mat and 'perfect glass' for 180.00.
I think the big pics are worth framing professionally, but not the little ones.
That sounds too expensive.

the frames I registered for were from target and came with the matt already. So they look really good in my opinion and the frames were like $50.
