I just have to say that after reading & responding to this post - i immediately ran to my treadmill and worked myself hard. lol. I've been slacking for a little while, so thanks for the push.... i guess

And I have to add that if you didn't already, ya'll better get your butts over to Taryn's post and admit that there's something BEAUTIFUL about your body too (despite the 'flaws')

Oy. This is SUCH a loaded question.

Do I love my body 100% of the time? No. Could I stand to lose 50 pounds? Yes. There are parts of me that I absolutely love. There are parts of me that hubby loves. And that makes me happy.

I guess I have to say I love my body because even the parts I don't like are changeable. I have very weak arms and shoulders but I can change that my lifting weights. I also have some scars on my legs and the dermatologist said he can get rid of them with lasers and stuff, but considering the price so far I have just learned to live with them! So they really can't be bothering me too badly, right?!?!? I am probably the only one who notices them too. I am not a huge fan of my hair in its natural state, but with some hair dye and a blowdryer, not a problem!

I wish I could say I do but I dont even like it a little bit.
I HATE my arms, my boobs, my stomach and all its rolls, my back fat (which is probably the worst its ever been), my huge hips, my massive a$s, my cellulite, my thighs.

And no matter how hard I work at it, I will still always hate it. It makes me sad

I feel the same way.. we are all our own worst critics.

I have gained at least 15 lbs since my wedding and I can't deal with the back fat!! Almost cried when I caught a glimpse of my a$$ in the mirror yesterday..

I really do loooove the shape of my body but if I could absolutely change somethings it would be to make my breasts a little bigger and make it so that my legs to gain weight so easily.

at the moment ive gained weight and just don't feel comfortable. But when im thinner im happy with myself. Definitely not perfect but it is the body i have and focus on the positives. There is just 1 thing about my body and i dont like, the rest is ok or i deal with lol.

wow reading through this entire thread i just want to all of you. it makes me a little sad that we all as women have so many issues with our bodies.

i always laugh when people say 'you should love your body no matter what' because thats hard to do. but i do wish that all of us on here could find the beauty in our physical appearances. because each of you have some amazing features that i've seen in wedding pics, bpics, or even those tiny avatar pictures put up

as for me and my body? i loved it in highschool, then I gained a lot of weight and endured other changes to my body due to medical reasons and i was depressed over my appearance for years.

then i met DH and he really made me feel beautiful all the time. i lost the weight i put on, and although the other changes are with me for life I've grown to accept them as a part of who I am. so i guess to make a long story short, yes i love my body. DH is a HUGE part of that. probably more than he knows.

No. especially since i gained weight since the wedding, although when I am 120 lbs I still don't like my body, but when I look back at the pics I do...I'm crazy!

Definitely not right now since I'm 7 months pregnant and feel as big as a house! Don't get me wrong, I love my baby bump, I just hate what has happened to the rest of my body.
I was always pretty thin too, and never liked my body. Now that I'm no longer thin, I realize how much I took my thin body for granted. I hope I can get back there someday.

I like my body, but don't love it right now. Once I lose the 5-10 lbs that I've gained in the last six months since the wedding I will be much happier with how I look.
