Queens Bridal - thank you picture question

QBC says they will not crop Thank you's. However there's a TY pic I love that has a tree and a small billboard (that has community postings or something on it) in the picture (it's cut off but you see it on the right). Now why would a photog. take any pictures, which may be considered as a thank you, where there are things you don't want in there, and then tell us you can't crop them!! It's not right and I really want to fight it.

Has anyone had a similar problem and QBC finally backed down? I just don't understand why the photogr. would do that...grrrr.

I could tell you my experience with QBC but I promise you, it's not a glowing review. Feel free to FM me if you want more details, I am not sure if I am allowed to say anything negative here.
