Another bride had FM me regarding b-pics. I sent her 2 FMs. Now the photographer I used is not a vendor on here. I havent heard back from that bride so I looked in my sent box. I don't have a record of what I sent in my sent box. Does that mean LIW deleted my FMs to this bride?

thats weird that your fm's are not in your sent box
ETA: is Fedali a vendor on here? I don't see them on the vendor list and we always talk about them. Maybe email client services?

Hmmm... I hope not! That's pretty messed up if they deleted it without warning you first. But i don't know what else you can assume if they're not there in your Sent Box.
If i were you I'd write to the bride again and ask if she got it (just to be sure). If she didn't, then you can assume it was deleted and just ask for her e-mail address instead.

but according to what TBTB always say, you can recommend and talk about non liw vendors, but you cannot have any gain from it. Like, you couldnt say 'hey, book my girl and I get a free album'

I sent her the name, website and price of the photographer I used. Then I sent her a second FM with one of my bpics since she said she didn't get a chance to see them before I deleted them.

So weird..I would try sending again and if it still doesnt go through, FM client services and ask why.
