Question about Passports

I might have asked this question before but my husband and I are looking into traveling to the Dominican Republic this Feb and I was wondering if I can travel with my passport in my maiden name if I bring my marriage certificate and both SS cards.

Anyone know?

I just went to paris with a ticket in my married name and passport in my maiden name. I brought my marriage license with me and had no problems. I called the airline ahead of time just to be sure. (My MIL booked the tickets and I did not know that it was in my married name till a week before we left)
If you are worried that it may be a problem, book your ticket in your maiden name.

You can go to the post office and they stamp the back of your passport for the name change, its very simple, according to the airport, they told me, you dont send it back in or pay for another they just stamp it . I would go to the post office and check, soon I will change my name I havent yet and have to do the same thing
