Question for Girls who had BBB registries

Where did you find the forms for the registry incentives and completion gifts? The girl at the store told me it's on the website but I can only find a listing of which items not the forms.

Help???

Once your event is done BBB usually send you registry incentives. If anything see if you can send them an on the website. or go into your registry and see if anything pops up there. HTH.

It's definitely not on the website...the only thing on the website is the list of what gifts you receive from each vendor, but not the forms to fill out. I've always asked at the registry desk, they should have them there.

Yeah, I got the two gifts with registering that I sent away for, and I got the one gift with completion that I sent away for...I actually never got a gift with purchase that I sent in for that was independent of the registry though, more like a rebate thing.
