I think all the ladies on the boards are great! Since I haven't been able to go to many of the get-togethers, I can't really say I've formed a strong friendship with anyone, although I talk about you guys to my husband pretty often.

I know Sonicstef, Michele31, Yabbobay, and Susans the longest and from UW. I can't wait to meet the rest of as I feel like I know you all!

When I first joined LIW I met Mishy626 and we have e-mailed almost daily ever since. We've shared a lot and I know she has helped me get through so much 'stuff'! She has become one of my closest friends.

I also met Christine1221 at Pre Cana and we knew SO MANY of the same people, we can't understand how we never met before! Her mother was my 9th grade Math teacher, too!

So that encounter, plus the January GTG brought me together with Christine and 'my girls.' LIW may have been the conduit, but these are people I consider true friends and I am lucky to know them and have them in my life:

I have been here awhile as well and met so many people. And there are people on here that I have yet to meet that seem great and would love to met at some future GTG because I think I would hit it off with them. The girls I met at the LI NW GTG - Christine, Cira, Teri, Lisa Rose, Erica, LisaT, Kathi (did I miss anyone?) were all great gals and I would love to hang out with again! I hope to met others like Cindy, DaniRN, Suzanne and MichelleW in person...I feel like I have had some side chat with them or from reading their posts - I think I would hit it off with in person. I am sure I must have forgot people....Oh and soon to be NW Kiesha (nrvbrd) - I read her posts sometimes and I am like wow we think alike - I would love to hang out with her again! See I know I am forgetting people!

But as Mary (April2603) said so nicely above, there are a few very speical girls who I believe I have met for a reason and am so glad I have them in my life......they know who they are but I will let you all know - Felicia (Fletch), Mary (April2603), Michelle (mv1003), Demetra (dkga1026 - we share a wedding date!), Rachel (Thrilled), Lauren (OctBride03), Christine (christine1221) and Irene (irenie19).....

I thoroughly enjoyed meeting everyone at the GTG in April (some of you for the second time) - Erica, Teri, LisaT, Lisa Rose, Kathi, Cira and Niecey (who I met years ago and was wonderful to see again!).

There are so many people here I would love to meet in real life - all my scrapping buddies, Noreen, Marni, Suzanne and so many others!

stacedz already mentioned it but she is the one liweddings person I've met (except AllisonMT at the airport).

We do email every day and I probably talk to Stacey more than any of my other friends. It's been great.

We started chatting last May 02 about Smithtown Landing and I got to know her in the months leading up to her wedding and we just kept on chatting and finally met a year after we started email chatting. Hopefully we'll get together again soon -- I live in NC so I only get a chance to visit when I'm up on LI visiting my family.

I'm thankful to liweddings because I got to make a wonderful friend!

And since Feb. 2001 I've talked to so many wonderful ladies and enjoy keeping tabs on everyone through liweddings.

I have been here for a while. I post more now, that I ever did before. Only recently I have opened myself to friendship with the ladies here. Shamma and I have bonded in past few months, and it feels like I have known her forever. I am slowly getting to know some of the other ladies here, and I look forward to meeting more of you.

Gosh gosh where to begin!

Well, I have never attended a GTG because they always fell out around when I was planning the wedding, and was too busy to think and eat much less drive to LI for a GTG.

So, the only person I have met from the boards in person is Theresa. We share a very special bond in the Priest that married my DH and I, and will also marry T and her FH. It was a total FLUKE that we met on these boards, after hearing so much about eachother from the Priest! I love her to death, she is a sweet, kind-hearted, funny person and we'll be friends for a long time!

I have IM'd etc. with Jenn, Debbie, and Tammy....and I can't wait to meet all three of them!

Girls that I have become close with on these boards, but seriously have to meet already (it's beyond me how we haven't met!) I feel like I already know them...Liz and Shamma.

I am also dying to meet LisaT, Stef, Michele31, Noreen, Marcella.....gosh it's crazy how many women on here I feel like I could be INSTANT friends with!!

As Michele mentioned earlier, we have developed a real friendship over the past few years. We actually started talking before I came to LIW so I cant really give LIW the credit for that one.

There are so many girls on here that I think would be great friends if we lived closer or got together more often, etc... But I love you all
