Good question and some serious thoughts. I've been on these boards since my engagement of Febuaray 2001, married since August 2002 and still here in 2003 and beyond. Sure, I would like to meet other board members and persue a friendship outside of the board. Yes, I would feel comfortable in doing so but haven't meet any brides or newlyweds to persue a friendship yet. Yes, I would exchange e-mails in helping wedding plans and meet in-person as well. I think that posting comments on the board needs more than that such as outside e-mails, and meeting in person to form a foundation of communication in order for the friendship to form.

Yes, it's possible.

For some reason I feel like we would become instant friends. Did you ever have that feeling like when you read a post you are saying to yourself..omg this girl is just like me?!?! I get that all the time with Misty. She makes me laff, her opinions are just like mine on many topics, she is so sweet and caring.

I also would love to meet Marcella1654. Such a sweet girl!

That is an interesting question, Shamma. I knew right away that I could sustain a friendship with JennRenee and Tammyjill as soon as we started talking on the boards.

There are a ton of people that I have not met who I think I connect with very well - Suzanne, Denisemang, Theresa, Claud, Michelle31 - to name a few. But I am too far away to come to any of the GTGs. Maybe someday, I will be able to meet all of you

I have only met Tammy, Merrie and Emily in person. They are all wonderful fun ladies who I hope to see again soon. I can't wait to meet Stacey1403, Swags1016, HeatherandNick, chippa, Shamma, Jennbaby and LeeLee as well as many many others!!!!

Recently I've been thinking about how lucky I am to have meet some truly wonderful girls who have come to mean a lot to me in the past year. Wedding talk was what got us started, but it has certainly grown from there! I am very greatful to be able to share my life with them & am thankful that they share their lives with me!

Irene (my bride twin!), Mary (EM girl, Yay!), Denise (Bellmore's close enough!) Michele & Felicia (you're next, girls .... we'll find you a house closeby!), Rachel (I always come home with aching sides from laughing so hard with you!) & Lauren (the sweetest thing, Levittown girl!)

Through the gtg's, I've met some wonderful people ... Cira, Keisha, Sept20yay!, Alina ....
