Question for those who got zap shot pictures on a CD.....
For those that got a disc of their zap shots- did you have a problem viewing the pictures???
Starlight Express gave us a disc......my computer won't read it but when I put it in my DVD it opens it up- I can see that there's 499 pics and they're all jpg files......any advice on how I can upload to my computer??? should I just bring it to CVS and print all the pictures that are on it???

I had absolutely NO problems at all!! I immediately uploaded them to costco and printed them out!!!
Sorry to hear you're having problems! I'd call them and see why it isn't working and if they've had that problem before! Maybe they can make you a new disc! GOOD LUCK!

Re: Question for those who got zap shot pictures on a CD.....
I have a CD from Starlight Express with zap shots on it too and the funny thing is that it won't work in any of my DVD players but it works in my DVD drive on my computer. I wish it worked on my regular DVD player b/c my family wants to see the pics but unfortunately they have to come here to view them b/c they play on my computer but not theirs. I thought maybe it's the format they put them in but when I pull them up on the computer it says they are a jpeg file. Strange...
If you happen to call them, can you let me know what they tell you? I am curious about this too but right now am thinking I will just save them to my computer and then burn them on to a CD myself. Who knows, maybe that will work?

wow this is funny we have the opposite problem! the problem is, the automatic slideshow speed when I put it in my dvd player is ridiculously slow!! like 5 minutes per picture slow!! I'm sure I can change it but I haven't tried yet! I'm so not good w/ these techie things!! lol I have a severe lack of patience!

Wow, that's strange. They actually sent me 2 discs but one of them works in the computer and then the other will work but then freeze up my entire computer. Really, really strange!!!
Well, let's hope the best for us with this. I have to say i was suprised by how many pics they took. I think I have like 300 or something around there; maybe more. The pics are really clear and they did a really great job. Now I am focusing on just figuring out how I can show my family & friends them when they won't work on our DVD player...
Good luck with it. It's crazy how our issues are opposite. Strange....
