Question of the day 11/25/02

Hope no one minds if I ask the question of the day.

What is your/DH's ethnic background? Just thought we'd show the diversity here!!

I'm Asian-Indian and DH is Scottish/Irish.

His family is Italian; my family is Irish, Italian and Greek.

But in reality we are both Americans since we were both born here.

Hmmm.. I always say I am a mutt - I'm German, Hungarian, Lithuanian and Ukranian -- I've got the whole Eastern Europe thing going.

Husband doesn't really know his heritage very well -- but we know Cheklaslovakian (i know I spelled that wrong, sorry), probably some British, and his mom says there is some Native American as well but who knows.

I'm just about 1/2 Irish and 1/2 German - DH is 1/2 Italian and 1/2 Maltese - like the dog!

I am 1/2 Irish 1/2 Italian.. DH is 100% Italian but THINKS he is 100% Irish!! LOL Occupational hazard of being a fireman

Im Italian, Spanish and German, DH is from El Salvador! Our kids are going to be some mixture!!

im 100% itialian dh is 50%irish 25% mix of italian german and english.

I'm spanish & irish (with some other little stuff) and my husband is american indian.

so we should definately have dark haired kids with olive skin..... :)

I'm Italian and Patrick is Irish. Everyone tells me Irish/Italian children are gorgeous... care to comment on that Michelle?? I'd be willing to bet you were a pretty cute kid!

We are both AA and we are both from the Caribbean. Me Jamaica and hubby from Trinidad & Tobago.

Hey Stef28- There is a fellow Lithuanian on the board. They are hard to find!! My dad is from there..speaks it and everything although he was born in Germany due to war.

Both born in Brooklyn but our descent is _

DH is 100% Italian and if you saw the wedding pictures it is pretty obvious.

I am a mutt. Everyone thinks I am Italian or Greek or Puerto Rican but I am none of those. I am German, French, Irish, Scottish, English, Portuguese and Lithuanian.

My hubby is Italian American his mom and dad are straight from Italy. I am Puertorican and American.

another 1/2 Italian, 1/2 Irish chick over here!! My DH is 100% Italian (thickheaded Sicilian to boot ). But I tell him that I'm more Italian then him because my father was from Italy!! LOL :)

And Jen, Irish/Italian combo makes for some really gorgeous kids!!! Totally not based on my looks at all, but my nephew and nieces!!!
