Are you a person who finds it hard to bite your tongue? Are you more likely to say what you mean here because it is online and not face to face? Or real life?

it depends..... if its a topic that i'm very passionate about and my buttons gets pushed - then yes.
i really dont want to be banned (b/c what the helll else would i do during the day, besides LIF?!) - so i think the recent events of last week have made me calm down.... even tho i think they get away with drama WAY more on LIF and i think that the 09ers should have gotten the same spanking we got last week... ESP after the threads from last night!!

Re: Question of the Day
I am the same person online and in real life. I do find it hard to 'bite my tongue' at times especially if it's regarding something I feel strongly about. But I am getting better at it!

Re: Question of the Day
in real life, i am known as the most honest person.... if someone asks me a question, i tell them the TRUTH.... if i am annoyed by someone in public, i dont hesitate to let them know

Re: Question of the Day
I think if its something that really really bothers me then I will say something to your face. If its a petty thing like someone talked about me or has a different view than me then i just let it be. I try not to have drama in my life, cause i hate it. Of course on here it is easier to speak your mind because your behind a computer and you dont really know the other person. I try to keep the peace before I explode. But if it really pisses me off then i go crazy!! LOL.

Re: Question of the Day
I say what I feel but I do think with certain friends of mine and sometimes at work (for political reasons)- I walk on eggshells or buffer myself. With my family, dh and closest friends (except one), I say it like it is. Sometimes, I wish I hadn't lol it gets me into trouble- especially with dh
Most times on here, I ignore things, but certain things bother me and I will say something- like the nastiness of last night of the fake bride being so downright rude to Karin- that really made me

Oh yeah professionally I watch my butt.
As I have gotten older I have learned to keep y opinion to myself...often it will hurt more than help so I am not so free and brazen with sharing my opinion as when I was a teenager.

Re: Question of the Day
Depends on what it is and who its is to and my mood
For example, I dont like my dad's fiancee, I bite my tongue.
If its something small I say it. At the gym, I get so irritated easily, that I just tell people off without thinking about it
I wouldn't necessarily say i'd be very different with how I'd speak on here than in real life.

Where family is concerned IMO it is always best to bite your tongue also. You only hurt those you love, in your case it would be your dad. I have a similar situation where a family member is married to someone whom my family does not like...we bite our tongue bc it will only hurt our loved one to say something

Re: Question of the Day
what did i miss last night?
i don't usually get into it - i like to watch, laugh and sometimes throw my two cents in but on here and IRL i usually stay out of stuff unless its personal and directly involves me - but usually i dont like to be mean or start stuff

Re: Question of the Day
I am a very honest person and for the most part, very nice about what I say. Some situations just don't call for bluntness which in turn can be very harsh, hurtful and rude. I guess the best way to say it is I'm an unrude blunt person. Talk about oxymoron!
And what happened last night?

Re: Question of the Day
I bite my tongue alot unless it is something I am trully passionate about. But otherwise I hate confrontation and avoid it at all times!
But I think it is easier to express my feelings online! LOL!

I bite my tongue because I don't want to come out nasty (face to face) over the net I just don't say anything unless provoked.

Re: Question of the Day
I don't bite my tongue. I used to and I hated the way it made me feel. If I dont like something, I say it. If I dont agree, I say I dont agree. I dont fight with people unless they are too immature to deal with my opinion. Oh and I act the same on the net. Im not an E-Thug.
