question..esp if u watch khloe and kourtney..

did anyone see this weeks episode..i know the show is prob fake..but i was getting so annoyed about khloes remarks bout how married people let themselves go..and she always has to be perfect 24 hrs a day for her husband etc etc

do u think its ok to let ur self go a bit..i mean can u have stubbe around ur hubby..i mean she got so freaked out her sis gave her a at home bikini wax???

if the day comes where i cant have some stubble on my legs or not wear sweatpants in front of the hubby..shoot me now

I saw the episode and I must say-I think she just says things like that for the camera.
And, I think it's totally fine to 'let yourself go' a little (I don't even like calling it that tho). I mean, I am 100% comfy with my hubs, so if I have a little stubble, or if my hair's not done, or if I feel like wearing my PJ's all day~~~I think that's awesome!!!

I was screaming at the tv! What got me more than anyhting was that she was embarassed to show him the burn. If something is wrong with my who-ha DH is gonna be the first to know and the first person I'm asking to check it out.

And in the winter and fall, DH considers himself lucky if my legs aren't stubbly.

i totally think its a comfort level about 'letting yourself go' - even though i dont like that phrase. if you're comfy around your husband, then he shouldnt care about stubbly legs or a facial hair here and there lol. no one can look perfect 24/7 - and it's too hard to try.

I honestly dont care what DH thinks of me in my comfort zone - home - I wax and put m/u for me not for him
if I do dress up for him I tell him to look and tell me how gorgeous I am LOL

oh and he is the same about his own purdiness in regards of what I think of it

Those two are soo deliusional and superficial. I couldn't take watching another season. If either of them think the key to keeping a man is by keeping themselves unstubbly, they need to get a clue.

I totally was like 'OHH This B*&CH is FAKE!!'.. When I dont want to shave or wax I don't care what DH thinks.. It doesnt bother him at all.. But as a women you need to be concious about how many days you can go without..

I'm not perfect and DH is not perfect and I can let myself go for a few days when I'm under a lot of stress but f&^k it.. I'm human!!

I don't watch the show but is she the one married to the basketball guy? Maybe she 'has to be perfect' b/c she is insecure that there are thousands of women throwing themselves at her husband b/c he is kinda famous too.

Sounds crazy to me....I'm the most comfortable WITH my DH.

umm yes!!!! please chris always complains how there is a porkupine in our bed!! (aka my prickly legs when i dont shave)

i know most of it is fake, but i think she really feels that way, and mainly because they were only together 2 weeks before they got married!! i do admit that i totally shaved my legs everytime i knew i was going to see chris back when we started dating! they are prob just not comfortable with each other....yet! LOL once you are comfortable you let your self go! doesnt have anything to do with being married! hahaha!

eta: what i did find weird is that she let her sister wax her!! i guess they are just a very close family! and i dont have a sister so i dont know that kinda bonding!!

I think it's more of the fact that she really doesn't know him very well. I mean when I first met DH (granted we were 18) I would always be on top of things. She barely even dated him before they got married and I think she's just started to get to know him better as weird as that sounds since they are married already. But yeah if thats considered letting yourself go then I let myself go a while ago lol .

If i lived the way she feels you have to be perfect for your husband 24/7 we would be divorced already in fact we wouldn't have made it to the wedding being that we were living together before the wedding. Usually when DH comes home I am already in my pajama pants and a tank top just lounging around the house not caring about anything.

one of the reasons I love DH is that I can be that way in front of him, stubble, no makeup, sweaty, sweatpants, stinky etc...It's prob fake but didn't they also get married only after knowing each other 2 or 3 weeks anyway? When I first met DH it was makeup all the time, hair perfec,t cute clothes, but now forget it!!
