Ok, I'll admit it...I do get bothered by spelling and grammatical errors but I would never call someone out on it. I by no means always use perfect grammar but I do spell check myself a lot. I think my biggest grammatical pet peeve is the improper use of THERE, THEIR and THEY'RE.

this drives me a little nuts two....I mean too...lol

Not for nothing - wasnt homonyms covered by 3rd grade? I just think that society has become so lax & lazy in their letter writing that they dont even think about is this the correct form/usage of a word...

Overall - the spelling would not get my panties in a bunch, but I have received emails from students where I've corrected them & emailed them back...lol

As a teacher you should absolutely correct a students email and send it back!!

ITA :o) especially when they write in txt!

Do I notice blaring errors? Absolutely. Do I find myself getting annoyed at them? Sometimes. Would I ever say something about it? No!

Think what you want, but I'm not THAT big a beech But I'm a little nuts, so yes, when I see something that's completely out there I do notice it and give it a second thought, but I would never call someone out on it.

I notice typos and things of that nature....BUT I make 'em all the time too - who cares???

If one of my staff made errors in a business email, I would absolutely say something. In my personal life, no way.

We're all friends here! No judgment on the grammar and spelling! We're here to have fun and support each other!

We are human, we make mistakes. Typos and spelling errors happen.

I swear to God, some of these women are RIDICULOUS.
