i'm not surprised. unfortunately i think the problem is that its too difficult to verify the identity of the girl in the video beyond a reasonable doubt to the extent of the law---and that is what the defense was really going after

i know. its frustrating

the girl in the tape who is now 23 -- denied it was her. their only witness was another woman who claimed she had 3 way sex with the minor and Kelly....so its hard to get a judgement against him with just that. i mean if the alleged 'victim' in the case won't even step up and say it---its makes the prosecution's job that much harder.

it just disgusts me that he is an obvious pedophile...but got away on this one

STINKS!!!! I don't know why the girl denied it but who knwos. maybe he paid her off, maybe she is afraid..whatever the case at least now it was put out there so he will have all eyes on him and if he tries to do it again he will def have to be more careful in not gettign caught.
